Replacing our cabinets was the result of a flood which was stressful enough, but now we have to deal with this mess. Customer satisfaction and quality control are not part of their business model, but they already have their payment so apparently that’s all that matters. I see now why they want their money up front. We also ordered tilt out fronts for our sink area, still don’t have those months later. We have two drawer fronts that are actually the wrong model so ours don’t match. There are doors and drawers that have not been sanded smooth so are still rough to the touch. We have doors that have little stain at all on the inside. Quality control should have immediately seen this. It looks like someone took an aerosol can and applied the stain on the doors resulting in a dark stripe then light stripe and then no stain at all. Our cabinet doors have white lines running down them in the places that are not stained and our drawer fronts don’t have the same color of stain as the doors. It is evident that the Diamond Company does not value customer satisfaction or have pride in their product. Originally we were excited about our purchase and then our cabinets arrived. Also, the lazy susan on display at the store is nothing like the one I received which is cheap plastic not wood as displayed at the store.

They do not want to replace the full units, only the doors. Since doors are not installed correctly, drilling more holes will only weaken the material and I can just see the doors eventually breaking off at the hinges. The girl at Lowe's is doing her best to assist with getting a resolution but the options so far are not great.

There's a 20% restocking fee for returning them and that's a large sum on a purchase of almost 15k. It looks like someone took marker that off an on ran out of ink. As soon as we opened the front and aw the doors, one higher than the other, some slightly warped, gaps and major issues with the so called artisan glaze where some areas the glaze is very heavy and some are missing glaze altogether. We haven't even finished taking them out of the boxes. However, big issues with doors and finish. The girl that helped us was great, no issues with her service at all. We just received the cabinets to remodel our kitchen. And with our Lifetime Limited Warranty, Diamond's quality assurance promise is that your cabinets will last.
